I’m still not sure as to what would an actor of Mammotty’s caliber do to choose which films he has to act. Does he ready the screenplay or just the one liner or does he have more than enough time to do anything to keep him away from boredom? Well, it certainly seems that way as V.M Vinu’s Face to Face; sorry for the explicit truth; is nothing more than an utter disaster. The crux of the story is about a violent murder that happens in the city and Mammootty’s character, a police man in suspension, getting involved in the investigation. The entry of 4 teenage buys change the course of the story. I’m trying very hard here to jot down at least some points in this area but am desperately failing. The basic thread of the movie is good and there is an underlying social message to it as well but this message is not just underlying it has been buried so deep into the entire plot that we lose focus of the message by the time you walk out of the cinema hall..
